Answer Believe it or not, we get asked this question a lot. Honestly, I don't know of any circumstance where someone who intended to cheat a customer out of their money would openly and honestly admit it if asked. So, really, there's no good answer to this. The quick answer is no, we don't take people's money, we don't cheat them and not deliver a product. We have a legitimate business and honestly, there's too much at stake to cheat somebody for a wig or two. But other than that, it's really about being secure with making a transaction, and we never want a customer to make a purchase (especially a high ticket purchase), if they are unsure.

As we grow and evolve as a company, we will have things like a showroom, that will make customers more secure in ordering. But right now, we just haven't grown that much. I know so many of you would love to see a store, but honestly, many businesses have folded by taking on expenses and overhead (not to mention leases and other commitments) that they were not ready for.

So right now, we're doing it small, reinvesting all our money in more wigs and hair (as opposed to paying expensive rent and other fees), and that's what it is right now. We're not trying to have any more than that, because it's what makes business sense right now.
