Of course wigmakers can make highlights when they create the wig, but the foiled highlights have more theatrical placement. This was one of those creations. This wig is the same as another one, just with blonde highlights framing the face and at the crown. One of those things that we don't offer right now :( There are about five different shades of color in this wig, ranging from brown to blonde and reddish brown.

It started out as a mistake when the wigmaker mis-interpreted the color instructions and sent us a wig with a really crazy highlight pattern. We had to fix it, so our colorist went in with 3 colors and came out with this creation. It has been really hard to duplicate the exact color shades and tones, so we don't offer it right now. But pretty soon, we'll have our colorist go back into the lab and try again. The texture is sleek and straight, with a slight bend, it moves and flows freely and holds curls well. The hair dries straight, with a slight wave, you can choose to flat iron for a sleek look, but it is not necessary. For added versatility, you can roller set the hair, when wet, for a curly or wavy look. African American textured hair is very versatile and can be worn in a variety of styles.
